FloFest & GloFest 2025 are back on June 21st. Back to just the one day, (phew!) but it's going to be a good one!!
June 22nd we will be back for day 2 of the 2024 celebrations with Flofest and Glofest.

June 21st !!!! Friday evening we are joining with the amazing Bosaphonic with a night of international live music. They are celebrating 20 years of amazing gigs and music and lending their world music wonderfulness to help reflect the multicultural nature of our community!! Tickets on sale soon.
FloFest 2024 (June 22nd) is the celebration of the 90th anniversay of the estate and park being built!!
The date is set for FloGlo 2023 - Saturday June 17th. See gettinginvolved for how to be involved on the day.
Nov 2nd: Getting excited by all the lovely involvement from community groups and schools who are busy making lanterns - with the wonderful Fusion Arts. Can't wait to see them up!
Oct 16th: We had a walk around the park today with the wonderful and talented Neil who is organising all our light installations and the magnificent cathedral of lights. It's going to be awesome!!
Sept 2022: November 2022 Florence Park Light Night is back in the park in November - we are again partnering up with the wonderful Fusion Arts Oxford to bring you a glorious mix of lights, lanterns and lasers!! And this year its on for 2 nights!!
June 30th: We have just about recovered from the hottest day of the year setting up on Friday to the only day it's rained in weeks (and boy did it rain) for FloFest and GloFest. But thank you to the thouseands who came along to support us during the day and to the over 1000 who bought tickets and stayed to dance in the rain at GloFest. See you next June (or maybe earlier than that, in November.......)
May 2022: The generators, fencing, first aid, fireextinguishers, cables, lighting, stage, security, toilets are all booked and we are getting very excited!
April 26th: We have confirmation that the Mini Cars will be back with us!!!!
April 2022: we have some amazing groups and organisations lined up to be at FloFest - Activeon8rollerskates, Freshwater habitat, MAO, OSARCC

Nov 17th 2021: The Lanterns are almost made - Larkrise school will have a fabulous parade into the park at 4.30pm - not to be missed!
Nov 14th 2021: Had a great day building lanterns at the Florence Park Community Centre. Things are coming together nicely. Check them out in Florence Park on Sat 20th from 4.30pm - 9pm

8th August 2020 - FloGlo Virtual went with a bang this year!
We are so happy to have been able to keep the FloGlo alive this June, during COVID Lockdown.
We are hoping and planning for next year and have provisionally booked 19th June 2021
Fingers crossed that festivals can be back - in some form at least.
